shot noteを使って。。。

調子に乗って、KING JIMのSHOT NOTEを使い始めてから、はや3ヶ月。

iPhoneアプリで電子化できるかどうかは置いておいて、まずメモ帳をどうつかうか。。。

これには個人差があるはず。

  1. メモ帳に書き留めることで脳みその整理をする
  2. うまくまとまった場合で、それを保存しておきたい時には、evernoteに記述する
  3. evernoteには雑多なものが溜まることになる
  4. ドキュメンテーションの時に、その雑多なものから関連メモを抜き出して参考にする
  5. ドキュメンテーションには、Google Documentsや、OpenOffice…提出を前提にしていて相手が望めばMS Officeを使う
  6. 提出する場合は基本的にPDF化する。提出しない場合は、そのままのフォーマットでDropboxに配置

ってな流れが自分のパターン。

1.と2.を効率化できるのでは？と思ってSHOT NOTEを導入してみたんだが。。。

  • そもそもその部分を効率化する必要があるのか？

と、半信半疑だったのもあって、結局はSHOT NOTEは「単なるメモ帳」として扱われている。

iPhoneアプリで写真をとり、電子化したのは過去に2回だけである。

結局、

  • 身に付いたやり方はそうそう変えられない
  • 「効率化」が本当の効率につながる保証なんてどこにもない

ということではないかと。

調子に乗って最初に10冊も買っていたので、自戒の意味も込めて「欲しい」という人には無条件で進呈する事にしている。
